Returns & Exchanges

A Bathing Ape accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and limited-edition releases may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original BAPE box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
